These terms govern access to Patent Gravity workspaces and drafting tools.

1. Service scope
Patent Gravity is software that organizes technical source material you provide and produces editable claims and specification drafts from that material. Diagrams you upload are source material. Export from the workspace is an editable Word .docx.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service to organize technical source material and generate those editable drafts. You may not upload unlawful content or attempt to bypass access controls.
3. Data and retention
Project data retention, export controls, and security posture are described on the Security page. Deleting a project removes associated workspace artifacts according to the documented retention policy.
4. Billing
Paid plans, seat limits, and trial terms are shown on the Pricing page. Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
