This policy describes what Patent Gravity collects to operate drafting workspaces and drafting workflows.

Information we process
Patent Gravity processes source disclosures, uploaded files, workspace prompts, generated drafts, and drafting-workflow metadata needed to run drafting workflows. We do not use customer invention content in marketing materials.
Provider processing
When enabled, drafting features may call configured model providers and the Railway-backed drafting engine. Provider terms and training posture are summarized on the Security page.
Your choices
You can export workspace artifacts where supported and request deletion of project data according to the retention policy documented on the Security page.
