These terms govern access to Patent Gravity workspaces, drafting agents, and counsel-review handoffs.

1. Service scope
Patent Gravity provides structured source material, drafting workspaces, and human-in-the-loop review surfaces for patent prosecution workflows. The product does not provide legal advice, filing services, or guaranteed prosecution outcomes.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the service to organize technical source material and generate reviewable drafting artifacts for qualified counsel. You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls, or misrepresent generated material as final legal work product without counsel review.
3. Data and retention
Project data retention, export controls, and security posture are described on the Security page. Deleting a project removes associated workspace artifacts according to the documented retention policy.
4. Billing
Paid plans, seat limits, and trial terms are shown on the Pricing page. Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
